June 2009 - Frequently asked questions & Online training

At Groupcall we feel that it is important for our clients to get the most out of Messenger. To complement our existing support network, we have added Online Training, Frequently Asked Question's (FAQ), and User Guide pages to our website.

Online Training offers step-by-step visual instructions to refresh the user's knowledge of many functions of Groupcall Messenger including; creating groups, and checking the status of a message.

The FAQ page contains a selection of popular queries such as; "How do I listen to a voice message?", "What types of message can I send?" and sending e-mails.
We have also published a comprehensive user guide. The guide is available to
print, and combines text and screen shots to give an in-depth companion to Messenger.
