Data security form & revised billing periods

We receive a fairly large number of support calls from schools who are wishing to send texts from outside the school, but have forgotten their unique username and password.
To ensure that we conform to the Data Protection Act, we plan to further enhance the security of our service and are introducing a "PIN" system.

A security form, and further information, will be circulated in the near future requesting that you provide a unique Pin for your school. The PIN should only be shared with authorised users of Messenger, and will be asked for when calling us at Groupcall to ensure that we only discuss account related information with the appropriate personnel.

We will be billing all additional SMS and voice call charges to customers on a bi-annual basis in March and September.
