To backup text and voice messages, communications may also be sent via email. Email addresses can be stored in the organisation’s database removing the need for a separate system to be maintained.
Many organisations need the ability to dispatch emergency instructions or pre-prepared plans should the primary email system go off-line. Alert includes a storage area in which these emergency documents can be saved, attached and dispatched when necessary.
The message analyser functionality within Groupcall Alert enables an organisation to keep a track of all communications that it has sent via Groupcall Alert. The analyser allows users to see the status of the message (e.g. date and time of delivery), and if a response to a message has been submitted.
