Groupcall Alert is a fully redundant web based solution using the latest ‘cloud computing’ technologies, with an integral fail-over & load balanced set-up with no single point of failure. 

Groupcall aggregation services directly links to telecoms providers who have ISO27001 accreditation, and provide load balancing across mobile networks to ensure messages can get through even if one or several mobile networks become saturated or fail. 

Groupcall Alert can handle in excess of 25,000 text messages a minute, so even if primary communication routes fail, the system has the backup capability to take over, and keep the organisation operational.

All data extracted from the organisations main or multiple databases can be encrypted using standard 128bit encryption technologies.
