How it Works - On-site |
![]() |

For general communication, users can choose to contact parents, or staff either by choosing the name of a learner or contact from a drop-down list, typing in the student’s or staff members name, or filtering by options such as class, year or house (If applicable), or by selecting a group that has been previously created within the schools MIS (e.g. the chess club). Messages can either be typed into the system, or a pre-written template can be chosen.
As part of the school’s first day contact procedure, Messenger extracts attendance information directly from the school MIS and empowers a school to contact the parents of these students instantly, eliminating the time consuming task of contacting parents on an individual basis.
Groupcall Messenger also enables a school to communicate with individuals who are not included in the MIS. Contacts can be easily added to Groupcall Messenger, and can be communicated to on an individual basis, or as part of a wider group.
All communications can be sent via text, multi-lingual voice messages or email. Messages sent from the school can be personalised with specific information relating to the type of message, e.g. an unauthorised absence message may contain the dates of non attendance.
