Groupcall Messenger offers the option of subscribing to a text back service. This allows a parent to respond directly to a message received from the school.
Alternatively, incoming texts are accepted, and could be used to alert the school of a student’s non attendance, thereby saving the need for the parent to call the school switchboard first thing in the morning.
Incoming texts are immediately available to view within the messenger system and are permanently stored for audit purposes.
