Messenger’s functionality ensures that upon opening, Groupcall Messenger automatically updates itself from the MIS ensuring that the contact data is always accurate.

Groupcall is registered by the UK data Protection Act (1998), and in order to ensure we conform, we do not ask schools to send all its confidential information offsite to a 3rd party!

Groupcall Messenger also has the ability to write back to the schools MIS. If a parent replies to an unauthorised absence message, the school can log this response directly from the Messenger system to the MIS attendance system. – This functionality is currently only available for SIMS & Serco Facility Management Information Systems.
