GDPR

Take the time, cost and stress out of
GDPR compliance.

Groupcall GDPR services:

The GDPR heralded a raft of changes that impact every school; new data and privacy requirements to manage, as well as increased penalties for non-compliance. Groupcall has developed a number of services for schools to support them with on-going GDPR compliance.

GDPR-Audit GDPR Audit Service

One of Groupcall’s qualified GDPR practitioners will visit your organisation to conduct a comprehensive review of all data protection related matters.  You will receive a report with traffic lights and recommendations of actions to be taken.

The audit covers the following key areas:

Data protection governance
The extent to which responsibility, policies and procedures, controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.

Training and awareness
The provision and monitoring of staff data protection awareness and training.

Records management
The processes in place for managing both paper and electronic records containing personal data.

Security of personal data
Appraising the technical and organisational measures in place to ensure there is adequate security of personal data.

Subject access requests
Reviewing the procedures for recognising and responding to individuals’ requests to access their personal data.

Consent
Looking at how you currently go about collecting, recording and storing consent.

Data Protection Impact Assessments
Appraising how your organisation manages risk.  How do you implement a DPIA and manage the actions that arise from them?

Data sharing
Looking at the legal basis of why you share data with data processors, DPIAs with new data processors and contracts with data processors.
