Surinder Atwal, Diane Segal and Joanne Bowman, who some of you may know as our technical help, Office Administrator and office support workers respectively, are now also running training sessions for our new clients. Surinder, Diane and Joanne join Paul Wilmott in becoming Groupcall Messenger "Super-Users" ensuring that they are able to offer comprehensive support and guidance to our patrons.
We are also pleased to announce two new additions to our team. Emma Triplett and Matt Finn.
Emma joined our team in April and in her role as Business Development Manager will specialise in extending our services to the corporate and business continuity sectors.
